HOW we approach our work is who we are.

Improvement

First, and without question, did we help our client improve?  Complexity often times can't be solved on the first try.  Removing noise, focusing on the problem and experimenting with solutions is our recipe for learning.

Approach

Second, did we create an environment that was honest, humble and dogged in the pursuit of a solution? Did we unlock the power of the team?  Did people walk away saying they were exhausted, and it was fun?  Teams are amazing when they are unlocked, no matter the method necessary to make it happen.
